WHAT IS IT YOU DO, EXACTLY?
I currently maintain private studios both in my home and at Pyramid Atlantic Art Center in Hyattsville, where I create works on paper. My work is in private collections internationally.
WHAT ARE YOUR CREDENTIALS?
I hold a BFA in printmaking from the Maryland Institute College of Art. Additionally, I have studied and practiced printmaking techniques at The Printmaking Workshop in New York City, Anchor Graphics in Chicago, and The Chicago Printmakers Collaborative.
Between 2016 and 2022, I was a Printshop Associate at Pyramid Atlantic Art Center in Hyattsville, Maryland, where I assisted in maintaining the space, and moved the lithography practice towards a robustness and increased professionalism through revamping shop safety practices, increasing the stone library, and educating the public about and advocating for the medium. During this time, I taught classes to both adults and youth on drawing from observation, mixed media drawing, and printmaking techniques such as monotype, gelatin prints, relief printmaking, and lithography.
